The price depends on the complexity of the process, not on the number of screens. A simple internal application (one workflow, a few users, no integrations) usually starts at a few thousand euro, while a business system with several modules, roles and integrations reaches tens of thousands. We work in two steps: a separately priced technical analysis that ends with a specification and a firm estimate, and then the development itself. That way you know the real cost before committing to the project. Ask for an estimate.

The technical analysis generally takes between one and three weeks. After that, a simple internal application is ready in 4–8 weeks, while a complex system with integrations and data migration takes 3–6 months. We deliver in two-week iterations, so you see a working version long before the end of the project and can change priorities along the way without starting over.

The best return comes from automating what repeats daily and is done by hand today: generating and sending documents (quotes, invoices, delivery notes), capturing orders from email or the online shop into the ERP, internal approvals (leave, purchasing, expenses), recurring management reports and data synchronisation between accounting, CRM and stock. The rule of thumb: if a person copies data from one system into another, the process can be automated.

You do. At the end of the project you receive the complete source code, the technical documentation and access to the repository, and the intellectual property rights over the custom-built application are transferred to you by contract. We use established open-source technologies and hosting of your choice, precisely so that you do not depend on us. If you decide to continue with another team, you can do so without losing anything.

Yes, in most cases. If the existing system has an API or supports file import/export, we can build a two-way integration: orders, invoices, stock and business partners synchronise automatically, with no manual re-entry. We have worked with accounting and ERP platforms used in Romania, with online shops and with courier services. We verify feasibility during the analysis phase, before promising anything.

Go-live is followed by a warranty period during which we fix any reported defect free of charge. After that you can continue with a maintenance and continuous development contract: security updates, monitoring, backup, user support and a monthly allowance of hours for new features, with a response time agreed in the SLA. We need three things: a contact person who knows the process and can make decisions, access to the existing systems (or their documentation) and a list of what does not work today. The rest is on us: user interviews, process mapping, specification, estimate and delivery in iterations. Every two weeks you get a 30-minute demo and can re-prioritise. You do not need technical knowledge to run the project.
